Each custom pet portrait is specially designed to match your furry friend’s markings and other unique characteristics!

Pricing ranges from $75 ~ $85 + shipping for basic cat portraits, and $80 ~ $95 + shipping for basic dog portraits.

Custom pet portraits take about 2-3 weeks to produce depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of glass that matches your pet.

How it works:

Consultation

Start by using the link below to send an email with some photos of your pet, and any specifications you have for the piece. Be sure to send photos with good lighting that show off your pet’s colors and markings.

The default size for cats is about 4.25in x 4.25in, so be sure to mention if you need a different size.

Design

Once your photos are received, a digital sketch will be drafted to give you an idea of what the final piece will look like. One set of revisions is included if you want to make any changes to the design at this stage.

After the design is approved, it cannot be revised further.

Production

Once the design is approved, it takes about 7-10 days to complete the piece.

Once completed, you will receive photos of the finished piece along with a final invoice including a shipping estimate. After payment is processed, your custom pet portrait will be sent to you!

FAQ

  • Why do dogs cost more?

    Don’t get me wrong, I love dogs! They just cost a bit more than cats because the design process for dogs is more complex.

    Since dogs have a lot more variety across the different breeds than cats do, they generally require more work to produce.

  • What if I have multiple pets?

    You can request individual pieces for each pet, or we can develop a design that incorporates all your pets together in a single, larger piece.

    *Please note that commissions with multiple faces will have a higher price point than a single portrait.

  • What is a color match?

    One of the first things I do for custom orders is check to see if I have any glass that matches your pet’s coat color(s). If I don’t have any on hand, I will order glass as close to your pet’s color as possible.

  • Can I add something to the design?

    Of course! If you would like to add something to your pet’s design, such as a background, wings/rainbow for passed pets, or a silly accessory, just mention it in your email and I will do my best to include it in the design.

  • What kind of photos should I send?

    Great reference photos will clearly show your pet’s eye color(s), coat color(s), markings, head shape, and any defining characteristics, such as a snipped ear or parti-eye.
